We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right on a major road junction and on the Southern outskirts of London. We were thrilled to find that everything we needed was right at our fingertips. The service here was top-notch, with attentive staff who were always ready to assist us. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. The hotel itself was well-managed and clean, making our stay even more enjoyable.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The room was spacious and had a lovely big wet room. The whole area was warm, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and pleasant, always acting upon any requests immediately. The hotel facilities were great, including the newly refurbished restaurant. Parking was available and reasonably priced. The location was convenient, with easy access to the shopping centre and transportation. I would be delighted to stay here again if in the area.

Excellent staff, friendly and informative. Spacious and inviting lounge area. Clean and comfortable bedroom. Quiet despite busy road. Efficient and accommodating service. Comfortable bed and bonus safe. Nice toiletries and fluffy towels. Good amenities and free WiFi. Great breakfast with plenty of choices.
